From the beginning to the end of our journey Mrs. Kennedy went over and beyond! At all times she was professional, thorough, understanding, flexible, knowledgeable, and ultimately compassionate. I greatly appreciated her checklist that was provided at the initial meeting, when we were looking for a home. Her list included negotiable and non negotiable components to our dream home. She even provided a checklist for the closing process. Which included all documents that my ne requested and the simple things that we may forget like transferring home services. She also provided us with the contact information that we may need to setup new services. She was genuine from beginning to end. She made herself available when it was hard for me to do so due to my work schedule. She communicated with all parties involved such as the builder and lender. Last but not least we received a surprised housewarming gift from Mrs. Kennedy by mail for the accomplishment of becoming homeowners!
